Nextcraft Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
"Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater."
04Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
